Analysis of Mudstone Fracture and Precursory Characteristics after Corrosion of Acidic Solution Based on Dissipative Strain Energy

The deformation and failure of rock materials are closely related to the strain energy characteristics during loading process. These properties greatly affected when is subjected acidic solution. To study effects chemical solutions with different pH on mechanical mechanism mudstone, corrosion mudstone samples a uniaxial testing machine (CN64 electro-hydraulic servo). corrosive solution porosity, characteristics, mode were thoroughly investigated. findings this research indicate that: (1) rate change in porosity damage coefficient after decreases, which linear increase pH; (2) total energy, elastic dissipative decrease pH, and, as result, it proposed that observed turning point proportion curve dissipated from decline rise used precursor failure; (3) stress value increases decreases value. However, ratio peak hardly changes value, its about 0.883; (4) Rock soaked weak (pH 7.3 5.3) damaged by tensile crack, while strong 3.3 1.3) mainly combination shear. can be provide an experimental theoretical foundation for monitoring engineering disasters such slope, tunnel, coal mine failures.
